If you have struggled with sharing folders between users who have different access levels, rejoice!

Now, administrators can enable enhanced folder sharing for much finer control. With enhanced folder sharing, users can easily select which users, roles, public groups or portal users have access to the folder and then select the required access for each user or group of users independently of the other.

The new embedded analytics feature in the Winter ‘14 release lets administrators add reports and charts to standard and custom object page layouts, giving users critical insights into their data directly from a record detail page. This allows sales and support users greater insight with fewer clicks.
