Every so often, you get one of those projects that tells a great story. We had the honor to work with Vyond, a leading provider of online video animation software. We recently worked with them on a new Customer Community Portal at Vyond. It’s a community portal for Vyond Premium and Professional subscribers to collaborate and share, strengthening the bonds between company and makers. They are a fantastic company, and we love using their animation software! So much so that we decided to tell their story in a video and share it in the newsletter. Customer Communities create such a great opportunity for enhancing the overall customer experience and enables customers to self-service or to service each other in a much more scalable and helpful way.
We are often asked what best-practices ensure projects run smoothly and deliver desired results. In this issue, we share one of those best-practices that surprisingly is often overlooked. Co-founder Andy Yang explains the importance of Project Steering Committees and how best to set them up in order to greatly increase your chances of project success.
