Going the Distance with the Salesforce Platform Event Recap

In MondayCall News, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud by Andy Yang

MondayCall teamed up with Salesforce to host an evening an evening of sharing ideas and networking in the heart of Silicon Valley.  Enjoying appetizers and drinks at Tied House, attendees were regaled with tales from 3 companies and how their businesses run more efficiently because of Salesforce.

Adam Wall and Kacy Gaydos from FiveStars started the evening off by explaining how MondayCall helped them optimize the Salesforce platform and integrate third party apps.  They utilize Salesforce to go “wall-to-wall” to fully automate their business processes so that there is maximum efficiency and traceability.  By leveraging Sales and Service Clouds, FiveStars has moved sales, account management, service groups and marketing to the Salesforce platform, thus increasing efficiency and communication in their quickly growing business.

Later on, Mia Whitfield, Senior Product Manager at MLS Listings, and Jeremy Malander, Director of Business Operations at Blue Jeans Network, talked about how they have customized the Salesforce platform to best suit their respective needs.  By leveraging salesforce.com, both have been able to automate steps, thereby to cutting down on data entry and duplication.

After the presentations, attendees and presenters stayed around to chat, eat and drink some more, but primarily to discuss even more ways to optimize Salesforce.  I hope you will join us for our next event; if you are interested in joining our mailing list, please email info@mondaycall.com.
