Andrew Yang

Managing Director and Co-founder

Andrew is an experienced executive who has been in numerous leadership positions in the application and development space. He has wide functional experience stretching from product to sales,  support to services. In his most recent position as VP of Products and Services at Coverity, Andrew grew and led the product management, professional services, sales engineering and technical support divisions. Andrew has held marketing, consulting and product leadership positions at cloud, management consulting and applications companies such as DoubleClick, Actional, Booz-Allen and Hamilton and Oracle Corporation. Andrew is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management and has a computer engineering degree from Brown University.

Christopher Zak

Managing Director and Co-founder

Christopher Zak, Managing Director and Co-founder is an experienced sales leader most recently as VP of Sales at Coverity. As one of the first employees at Coverity, Chris grew the business from inception to market leadership both domestically and internationally. Chris has held senior sales leadership roles at Zaplet and @Home Network and has strong sales management and operations experience. Chris is a graduate of the University of Vermont.

Erik Lekas

Sales Director and Co-founder

Erik held numerous sales leadership roles in both small and large businesses. Erik has nearly twelve years of deep experience in the CRM industry; he worked at Siebel Systems (now Oracle Corporation), ClearTask and Coverity.  Erik has deep and wide experience architecting Salesforce solutions for customers. Outside of the office, Erik is an accomplished bass player and vocalist and plays in a band.  His latest CD is apparently popular in Belgium. Erik graduated from the University of California at Davis where he played football.

Tyler Cobbett

Principal Consultant

Tyler’s a polished executive consultant with technical depth and an extraordinarily rich business background. Integrity, reliability, and professionalism are key attributes. He’s spent over two decades solving complex customer business problems with sophisticated information technology solutions. Since 2007 he has provided consulting services in sales strategy, management coaching, CRM system implementation, and sales enablement for over 40 companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. He’s led over 85 projects in financial services (Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Fund), high tech (software, storage, networking), web commerce, media, and various other Silicon Valley organizations.

Marcus Romero

Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect, Marcus is responsible for driving success and adoption within existing customer base through governance, COE and best practices. He has developed and implemented infrastructures to further enhance and support sales team operations, including sales reporting, customer resource management, sales analysis, sales administration, and sales compensation. He has also coordinated with sales management and company executives on account bids, RFPs, and contract quotations to ensure timely and appropriate implementation of processes to enhance sales results.

Brendan Conroy

Three-time Salesforce MVP, Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Certified Service Cloud Consultant with over seven years of advanced CRM implementation and manipulation experience across six different CRM platforms. A combined 12 years of customer service and face to face sales experience. Consistently achieves outstanding client satisfaction rankings in addition to various performance based incentives. Two time instructor of an ADM 201 Salesforce Certified Administrator self-study course for the Salesforce Community (pro-bono).

Bryan Boroughf

Sr. Account Manager and Salesforce MVP

Bryan has 15+ years of management experience in hi-tech professional service organizations, including 11 years as a Salesforce customer at Sony Electronics, where he quickly recognized the capability Salesforce has to transform and improve one’s operations. He has since been a passionate member of the Salesforce community, which includes leading the Silicon Valley user group for the last 5+ years and recognition as a Salesforce MVP for 4 years running, and is a Certified Administrator and Developer. Bryan has an economics degree from DePaul University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He enjoys a long list of hobbies — glassblowing is his current fascination.
