Andrew Yang

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Andrew is an experienced executive who has been in numerous leadership positions in the application and development space. He has wide functional experience stretching from product to sales support, to services. Andrew has held management positions at companies such as DoubleClick, Actional, Booz-Allen and Hamilton and Oracle Corporation. Andrew is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management and has a computer engineering degree from Brown University.

Chris Zak

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Christopher Zak is an experienced sales leader most recently as VP of Sales at Coverity. As one of the first employees at Coverity, Chris grew the business from inception to market leadership both domestically and internationally. Chris has also held senior sales leadership roles at Zaplet and @Home Network and has strong sales management and operations experience. Chris is a graduate of the University of Vermont.

Erik Lekas

Sales Director & Co-Founder

Erik held numerous sales leadership roles in both small and large businesses. Erik has nearly fifteen years of deep experience in the CRM industry; he worked at Siebel Systems (now Oracle Corporation), ClearTask and Coverity. Erik has deep and wide experience architecting Salesforce solutions for customers. Outside of the office, Erik is an accomplished bass player and vocalist and plays in a band. His latest CD is apparently popular in Belgium.

Jim Lambert

Vice President, Marketing and Alliances

Jim is an experienced Silicon Valley marketer, and was previously Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Workday partner DayNine (acquired by Accenture). Jim’s career includes senior marketing and partner leadership roles building technology start-ups, including Kony Solutions, Dexterra (acquired by Antenna Software), Reardon Commerce, and Octane Software, where he directed marketing from its global launch to record-breaking $3.2 billion sale to E.piphany.

Sherri Needham

PMO Director

A seasoned technology leader with extensive expertise in Salesforce and Project Management, Sherri brings 18 years of delivery and leadership experience across multiple functional business areas, including investment management, sales, service, and marketing. Her deep experience enables organizations to achieve success by identifying business needs and leading projects that deploy business and technology solutions. Sherri holds a number of Salesforce certifications for Sales, Service, and Administrator, as well as a ScrumMaster (SCM).

Marcus Romero

Consulting Director

Marcus’s career in technology and consulting includes more than 19 years of guiding Salesforce customers in maximizing their investment and operations, and the last seven years leading consulting teams at MondayCall. Previously, Marcus provided overall Salesforce leadership through strategic planning, roadmapping, project execution, and engagement with business leaders at Capital Group, Allergan, and Salesforce. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Andrew Crozier

Development Director

Drawing from more than 13 years of Salesforce and Force.com experience, Andrew leads the MondayCall team in the development of powerful applications and complex integrations built on the Salesforce platform. Before MondayCall, Andrew worked with a broad array of Salesforce clients at Shrew Designs where as a Principal Consultant he designed Salesforce-based technology solutions that addressed unique and sometimes complex business requirements.
